Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Community Care Foster Family Homes; Primary Caregivers
Description: Requires the department of health to adopt rules to allow primary caregivers to be absent from community care foster family homes for no more than thirty-six, rather than twenty-eight, hours in a calendar week, not to exceed eight, rather than five, hours per day.
