Report Title: Bond Loan; Property Assessed Clean Energy Program; PACE; Renewable Energy; Revenue Bond Authorization; Special Fund Appropriation
Description: Establishes a property assessed clean energy program to promote renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements. Increases a property's tax assessment to make loan payments. Authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds and appropriates bond revenues to finance the program. (HB1524 HD1)
