Measure Title: RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL LICENSING.
Report Title: Licensure; Veterans; Military Spouses; Endorsement; Reciprocity; Military Education, Training, or Service
Description: Limits licensure by endorsement or reciprocity for military spouses to those spouses who are present in the State for at least one year pursuant to military orders. Specifies that a license issued to a military spouse by endorsement or reciprocity shall be valid for the same time period as other similar licenses. Limits the validity of the license to a maximum of five years in the aggregate. (HB1381 CD1)
