Measure Title: RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.
Report Title: Campaign Finance; Electioneering Communications; Reporting
Description: Requires noncandidate committees to identify certain top contributors in advertisements. Amends reporting requirements for persons and organizations. Repeals corporate campaign contribution reporting requirements that are redundant with filing requirements for noncandidate committees that are extended to corporations by this measure. Effective November 5, 2014. (HB1147 CD1)
