Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Maui Regional System Facilities; Public-private Partnership; Transfer to Private Nonprofit Management Entity
Description: Authorizes the Governor, the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, and Board of the Maui Regional System Board to enter into an agreement with a private entity duly authorized to conduct business in the State to transfer any one or more of the facilities of the Maui Regional System to a new nonprofit management entity to manage, operate, and use to provide health care services.
