Measure Title: RELATING TO LONG TERM CARE.
Report Title: Kupuna Caucus; Long Term Care; Long Term Care Insurance Program; Executive Office on Aging; Appropriation ($)
Description: Requires the director of the executive office on aging to contract for the performance of an actuarial analysis for a limited, mandatory, public long term care insurance program for the State's working population. Requires a report to the legislature. Appropriates funds for the actuarial analysis.
