SR11 REQUESTING THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE OF THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION AND LEGISLATIVE ACTION NECESSARY TO FUND AN EXPANSION OF MED-QUEST COVERAGE TO ALL POST-PARTUM WOMEN FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS FOLLOWING CHILDBIRTH.
