Report Title: Autism; Home and Community-based Services; Medicaid; Ann and Kelii's Law; Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder; Task Force
Description: Establishes a task force to review policy issues and opportunities relating to the navigation, access, and coverage of medicaid services by individuals with autism or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder and make a recommendation on whether a waiver or other approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is necessary to ensure accessibility of certain services for individuals with autism or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
