Measure Title: RELATING TO FIRE PROTECTION.
Report Title: State Fire Council Package; Fire Protection; Mandatory Disclosure; DCCA; Office of Consumer Protection
Description: Requires the builders of new dwellings to provide buyers with information on the benefits and costs associated with installing and maintaining a residential fire sprinkler system. Requires the State Fire Council and the Executive Director of the Office of Consumer Protection to develop a standard form for this purpose. Effective 1/2/2050. (SD1)
