Measure Title: RELATING TO AN OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS.
Report Title: Office of Administrative Hearings; Legislative Reference Bureau; Report ($)
Description: Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to study the feasibility and cost effect of establishing an Office of Administrative Hearings that conducts administrative hearings for the State's executive branch agencies. A report of findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation shall be presented to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2018. (HB77 HD1)
