Measure Title: RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.
Report Title: Intoxicating Liquor; Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence
Description: Allows, under certain circumstances, the courts to prohibit a person convicted of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant (OVUII) or Habitually Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant (HOVUII) from purchasing or publicly consuming alcohol for a probation period to be determined by the court, following a sentencing or administrative license revocation. Amends the sentencing requirements for OVUII and HOVUII offenses. Amends the threshold for HOVUII offenses. Requires the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to convene a task force to review existing laws relating to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Effective 1/28/2081. (SD2)
