Measure Title: RELATING TO FLAVORED TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
Report Title: Flavored Tobacco Products; E-Liquid; Sale; Ban; Penalties; Violations
Description: Bans the sale of flavored tobacco products, except for menthol and liquid or like substances with a distinguishable taste or aroma of tobacco or menthol. Prohibits the mislabeling, sale, or marketing as nicotine-free any e-liquid product that contains nicotine. Specifies penalties for violations. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (HD1)
