Measure Title: RELATING TO URBAN REDEVELOPMENT.
Report Title: Urban Redevelopment; Public Lands; Kanoelehua Industrial Area; Banyan Drive
Description: Establishes the Kanoelehua industrial area and Banyan drive region as a redevelopment district until June 30, 2028. Authorizes a local redevelopment agency to contract with a developer for construction of non-residential uses on public land within the redevelopment district consisting of the Kanoelehua industrial area and Banyan drive region until 6/30/2028. Takes effect on 7/1/2050 and sunsets on 6/30/2028. (SD1)
