Measure Title: RELATING TO SCHOLARSHIPS.
Report Title: Scholarships; Special Education Students; UH; State Scholars Program
Description: Allows applicants for the University of Hawaii who earned a high school diploma from a public high school in the State with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and provides evidence that they qualified for and received special education services for 2 or more years during enrollment in grades 9 through 12 to be eligible for the Hawaii state scholars program. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
