Aloha and welcome! I am honored to represent Puna — a community of strength, resilience and connectedness. As the District 4 State Representative, I am committed to being a voice for Puna in the Legislature.

Representative Greggor Ilagan served in the Air National Guard for six years before he was elected in 2012 and 2014 to serve as a Councilmember for the County of Hawai'i 4th District. During his four years on the council, Ilagan chaired the Planning and Housing committees and sat as a member on the committee of Finance and Public Works.

In 2020, Representative Ilagan was elected to serve as the State Representative for District 4 — Puna Makai. In 2023, he was appointed to serve as Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives by Speaker Scott Saiki.
