Report Title: Agricultural District Lands; Composting
Description: Permits composting in agricultural districts if a special use permit is obtained for composting materials from off-site. Restricts composting on lands in agricultural district with soil classified by the Land Study Bureau's detailed land classification as overall (master) productivity rating class A or B to on-site uses using the lesser of one acre or ten per cent of the land.
