Report Title: Kaena Point State Park; Kaena Point Natural Area Reserve; Appropriation ($)
Description: Authorizes the department of land and natural resources to establish a system that requires users of Kaena point state park and Kaena point natural area reserve to log in and receive educational information about protected resources of the area. Appropriates funds to the department of land and natural resources for additional enforcement officers and on-site educational staff for Kaena point state park and Kaena point natural area reserve to provide monitoring. (SD1)
