Measure Title: RELATING TO RESISTING AN ORDER TO STOP A VEHICLE.
Report Title: Penal Code; Resisting an Order to Stop a Motor Vehicle
Description: Creates the offense of resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle in the first degree as a class C felony. Reclassifies the current offense of resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle to resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. (SD1)
