Report Title: Environmental Response, Energy, and Food Security Tax; Carbon Emissions; Tax Credit
Description: Amends the environmental response, energy, and food security tax to address carbon emissions. Establishes a refundable tax credit to mitigate the effect of a carbon emissions tax on taxpayers. Tax credit applies to taxable years beginning after 12/31/2021. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
