Measure Title: RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS.
Report Title: Environmental Assessments; Environmental Impact Statements; State and County Lands; Exemption
Description: Extends the exemption from the environmental impact statement law under chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for certain primary actions not subject to discretionary consent and involving ancillary secondary actions limited to infrastructure work in public rights-of-way or highways from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2013. Effective June 30, 2011. (SB723 HD2)
