Report Title: Commercial Driver's License; Electronic Devices; Texting
Description: Prohibits driving a commercial motor vehicle without possession of commercial driver's license; prohibits the use of mobile electronic devices, including for texting, while operating a commercial motor vehicle. Exempts certain drivers and "911" communication. (CD1)
