Measure Title: RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.
Report Title: Campaign Spending; Penalties; Administrative Fines
Description: Establishes penalties for failing to file and for filing substantially defective or deficient campaign spending reports. Provides for deposit of collected fines and penalties into the state general fund. Increases from $2 to $3 the amount of a liability that may be designated on an income tax return to be paid over to the Hawaii election campaign fund. (SB2579 HD1)
