Measure Title: RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.
Report Title: University of Hawaii Commercial Enterprises Revolving Fund ($)
Description: Repeals the sunset provision in Act 106, Session Laws of Hawaii 2008, to allow the University of Hawaii to continue transferring funds, other than general funds and University of Hawaii tuition and fees special funds, into the University of Hawaii commercial enterprises revolving fund to finance the establishment of new commercial enterprises, with certain exceptions, beyond June 30, 2011.
