Measure Title: RELATING TO ELECTRONIC WARRANT VOUCHERS.
Report Title: Electronic Warrant Vouchers; Bill of Materials
Description: Allows the department of education, department of accounting and general services, and the University of Hawaii to accept electronically mailed warrant vouchers for bills of materials, supplies, and incidentals as original documentation, the receipt of which authorizes payment to be made to each individual to whom the State is indebted. Effective July 1, 2010. (CD1)
