Measure Title: RELATING TO THE CENTER FOR NURSING.
Report Title: Nursing; UH; Fees; Advisory Board
Description: Extends the sunset date on the deposit of certain nursing fees into the compliance resolution fund and disbursement of funds to the credit of the center for nursing special fund. Specifies that one staff nurse shall be a member on the advisory board of the center for nursing. Requires the center for nursing to submit an interim report to the legislature regarding the five-year longitudinal study and alternative funding for the center. (CD1)
