Measure Title: RELATING TO PARKING FOR DISABLED PERSONS.
Report Title: Parking for Disabled Persons
Description: Designates the disability and communication access board as issuing agency for removable windshield placards, temporary removable windshield placards, special license plates, and identification cards. Deletes counties as issuing agency. Increases the time period that a placard is effective from four to six years. (CD1)
