Measure Title: RELATING TO AQUATIC RESOURCES.
Report Title: Aquatic Resources; UH; DLNR
Description: Permits UH to use staff in addition to the land, buildings, apparatus, and appliances of DLNR for the biological laboratory. Exempts UH from permitting or application requirements when carrying out repair and maintenance relating to the Hawaii Marine Laboratory Refuge. Effective July 1, 2010. (SB1311 HD1)
