Measure Title: RELATING TO INSURANCE.
Report Title: Insurance; Basic Health Program
Description: Requires legislative authorization for the establishment of a basic health program, pursuant to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Requires the insurance division of the department of commerce and consumer affairs to undertake a feasibility study of establishing a basic health program in Hawaii and to report its findings. (CD1)
