Report Title: Tobacco Products; Minors; Use; Prohibition; Confiscation
Description: Prohibits use of tobacco products by minors. Authorizes law enforcement officer to confiscate tobacco products used by minors. Effective January 1, 2050. (SB1168 HD1)
