Measure Title: RELATING TO MORTGAGE FORECLOSURES.
Report Title: Mortgage Foreclosures; Task Force
Description: Authorizes a planned community association or a condominium association to pursue nonjudicial foreclosure for outstanding liens; authorizes payment plans for outstanding liens under certain conditions; allows an association to acquire a unit through credit bidding at auction; specifies notice requirements; prohibits foreclosure of certain junior liens during the pendency of foreclosure on a mortgage. (SD2)
