Report Title: Mandatory Health Insurance Coverage; Colonoscopy
Description: Mandates health insurance coverage for colorectal cancer screening based on the recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Service Task Force. Requires health insurance providers in Hawaii to provide their insured with information about the risks of undiagnosed colorectal cancer and encourage their insured to consult with their physician about screening options.
