Report Title: Reduced Ignition Propensity Cigarettes; Certification
Description: Delays implementation of the reduced ignition propensity cigarettes law to 09/30/2010. Authorizes the state fire council to expend moneys to cover the reduced ignition propensity cigarettes personnel and program costs. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
