Measure Title: RELATING TO STATE FUNDS.
Report Title: Agricultural Loan Revolving Fund; Coffee Berry Borer Program ($)
Description: Authorizes the transfer during fiscal year 2012-2013 of $196,000 from the agricultural loan revolving fund to the pest inspection, quarantine, and eradication fund.  Appropriates $196,000 for a program to control and eradicate the coffee berry borer. Effective July 1, 2012. (HB283 CD1)
