Measure Title: RELATING TO ENERGY.
Report Title: Renewable Energy Branch; Appropriation ($)
Description: Establishes the renewable energy branch in the department of business, economic development, and tourism to coordinate and promote renewable energy initiatives. Strengthens existing renewable energy and planning provisions. Provides for staffing, and, subject to federal funding, project managers to oversee energy projects funded by federal grants. Appropriates funds. (SD1)
