Report Title: Motor Vehicle Rental Industry; Interisland Transport
Description: Eases documentation requirements for rental cars transported by any water carrier authorized to transport vehicles interisland by the State PUC; provided that the water carrier has a written contract with the owner of the rental car, and records and retains certain information about the vehicle and its transport. (SD1)
