Report Title: Higher Education; College-Credit Equivalency Program
Description: Amends the University of Hawaii college-credit equivalency program to require the award of college credit for service in the United States armed forces. Requires the program to develop a learning assessment to determine eligibility. Effective July 1, 2012. (HB2639 HD2)
