Report Title: Landlord-Tenant Code; Dorm Management Companies
Description: Exempts from the residential landlord-tenant code residences in structures directly controlled and managed by the University of Hawaii or any other university or college in the State for the housing of students or faculty and certain private dorm management companies that provide housing to students.
