Report Title: Department of Education; High School Student Age Limits
Description: Requires that no person who is 20 years of age or over on the first instructional day of the school year shall be eligible to attend a public school; provided that if a person reaches 20 years of age after the first instructional day of the school year, that person shall be eligible to attend for the full school year. (HB2077 CD1)
