Measure Title: RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Report Title: Employees' Retirement System
Description: Extends benefit finalization period for December 31 retirements; changes interest rate for late benefit finalizations; extends deadline for employer payments under section 88-100, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Allows delegation of certain disability retirement and service connected death benefit approval functions. Incrementally increases the rates for employer contributions to the Employees' Retirement System. (CD1)
