Measure Title: RELATING TO CHILDREN.
Report Title: Healthy Start; Home Visitation; Department of Health; Appropriation ($)
Description: Establishes a hospital-based screening and assessment and intensive home visitation program under the department of health; appropriates funds from the tobacco settlement special fund and from the federal appropriation of temporary assistance for needy families funds. Increases the appropriation ceiling for the tobacco settlement special fund. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD2)
