Measure Title: RELATING TO FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH PROCEDURES.
Report Title: Forensic Mental Health Procedures; Examinations; Fitness to Proceed; Penal Responsibility
Description: Ensures the timely administration of mental health examinations. Separates examination for fitness to proceed from examinations to determine capacity for penal responsibility. Clarifies the procedure after a finding of unfit to proceed to reevaluate and restore fitness to proceed. (CD1)
