Measure Title: RELATING TO LIBRARIES.
Report Title: Hawaii State Public Library System; State Librarian
Description: Revises section 312-2.1, HRS, to give the state librarian authority to appoint a secretary. Amends section 312-3, HRS, to authorize the state librarian to contract for the exchange of librarians with librarians of any state, country, or territory. Repeals section 312-6, HRS, which designates the former Kohala public library as bond memorial library. (CD1)
