Measure Title: RELATING TO PORTABLE ELECTRONICS INSURANCE.
Report Title: Portable Electronics Insurance; Vendors; License
Description: Establishes provisions for the sale of portable electronics insurance; requires vendors to hold a limited lines license to sell or offer coverage under a policy; establishes sanctions for violations; establishes requirements for termination of insurance; establishes licensing fees of $150 for initial license and $150 annually. Effective 1/1/2013. (CD1)
