Report Title: Noise; Decibel Weighting; County Liquor Commissions; Enforcement
Description: Authorizes a liquor commission in a county with a population of over seven hundred thousand to establish a pilot program that uses both the dBA and the dBC weighting system for the purpose of community noise control. (SB2630 HD2)
