Measure Title: RELATING TO THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL COMMISSION.
Report Title: Native Hawaiian Roll Commission; Qualified Native Hawaiian Roll; Privacy
Description: Requires the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission to be responsible for verification documents from individuals seeking to be included in the roll of qualified Native Hawaiians. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, requires verification documents to be kept confidential. Clarifies that the roll commission is prohibited from publishing or releasing any verification documents of any qualified Native Hawaiian on the roll. (SB2386 HD2)
