Measure Title: RELATING TO ADULT GUARDIANSHIP AND PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS JURISDICTION.
Report Title: Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction
Description: Adopts the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act to ensure that only one state has jurisdiction in guardianship and protective proceedings at any one time. Contains specific guidelines to determine jurisdiction. Effective September 1, 2014. (CD1)
