Report Title: Tax Underpayments; Penalties
Description: Prohibits penalties for substantial understatements or misstatements, and erroneous claims for refund or credit from being added to tax underpayments on which certain other penalties are already imposed. Reestablishes the end of the month as the deadline for the filing and payment of various taxes. Effective July 1, 2030. (SB1356 HD1)
