Description: Authorizes the Chairperson of the Natural Area Reserves System Commission to designate a representative from the Natural Area Reserves System Commission to serve on the Legacy Land Conservation Commission and authorizes the members of the Legacy Land Conservation Commission to elect their own chairperson.
