Measure Title: RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.
Report Title: Public Utilities Commission; Staffing
Description: Improves the flexibility of the public utilities commission to hire professional staff. Clarifies staff who may be appointed by the chairperson of the commission. Repeals existing position staff descriptions for the commission under Act 177, Session Laws of Hawaii 2007. (CD1)
