Report Title: Tobacco Products; Electronic Smoking Devices; Possession; Consumption; Sale or Furnishing of; Prohibitions
Description: Increases the minimum age for sale, possession, consumption, or purchase of tobacco products or electronic smoking devices from eighteen to twenty-one. Defines "tobacco products" to include electronic smoking devices. (SB1030 HD2)
